Refund policy

If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from when you receive your order to return it back to us. Any return requests received after 14 days from when you received your order will not be accepted. Products will only be eligible for a refund if the items are un-used, with tags still attached. If you would like to return a product, please email us at madeontheopenroad@gmail.com with a copy of your order confirmation and we can send you further return instruction. Please note: we are unable to offer free returns and the return postage fee must be paid by you, the customer. We advise all customers to send their returns with a proof of postage receipt, which will cover you in case your order gets lost in transit. Motor will not be held responsible to cover the cost for any returns lost in transit.
